This isn't a nudie site. If you like seeing the human form, good for you, but we have a 'no shirt, no shoes' rule with images here.

We aren't holders of aristocratic titles here, but we still spurn the vulgar. We put a premium on dignity in speech here, and everything you write here should showcase a respect for the virtues of creation, like the natural right of speech. Don't squander that value!

I'm not a socialist, a communist, or a collectivist, and this place is my property. That means it is a product of my time, my creativity, and my labor. As such, damage to it is a violation of my natural rights as a man, and an affront to my self-ownership, for what I produce is mine.

I am the invention of a creator. This means that the natural right of self-ownership is not just something I can give up. I am obligated to protect the dignity that I was made with, and therefore I'll be a diligent moderator.

Everyone else is also made by a creator. This means they are all obliged to treat one another with manners and courtesy. A lagging standard devalues creation.

Along with the vulgar, the blasphemous will be avoided as well. No cursing others.

Truthful information benefits the aggregate. Dishonesty blinds and fractures it. Don't tell lies, even if it now appears you'll only harm your supposed enemy. You'll be wrong in the long run.

Humility means acknowledging none of us were created more special than others. Thinking otherwise temps one into feeling entitled to violating the rights of others.

The Internet is nearly a perfect market, and the ethics outlined in the guidelines, save the statute against nudity, are nearly universal. If one can't respect the guidelines here, please shop the market.

Truth is a scarce commodity. Please write unambiguously, and if cryptic writing is necessary, have the courtesy of writing a disambiguation segment.

Many people will interact here on their own volition, but others are here by my invitation. If all my pretty philosophical talk can't convince you to play nice, perhaps a more concrete warning about messing with friends and acquaintances will help. I will hurt you for being aggressive.
